World Heritage panorama in the World Heritage hiking world

Walking time approx. 30 Min.

Take the Krippenstein cable car to the summit and walk for 15 minutes until you reach the pioneers’ cross.

Once there, from a spectacular rock stage, you will be spoilt with
the magnificent World Heritage view across the entire Salzkammergut.

On your way back from the Krippenstein, we recommend that you take a break in the central station in order to view the world-famous ice cave and/or the mighty Mammoth cave.
