The Heilbronner Path into the World Heritage hiking world

Reaching the summit is easy and comfortable via the Krippenstein cable car.
From there, take a gentle ramble on level paths through the karst high mountains as far as the Heilbronner cross.

From there, hike for two hours - with the Dachstein ahead of you the whole time - to arrive at the “Gjaidalm” cable car station. The cable car takes you back into the valley.

Tip: as well as enjoying the fantastic panoramas, don’t forget to look out for the interesting geological views into the mountain structure.
